Keyworker Homes have completed contracts for the sale of land and delivery of 15 shared equity homes in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
This difficult project will see the delivery of much needed home ownership through shared equity.
Keyworker are delighted to be working with Jigsaw Homes and Adactus Housing Group.
Manchester City Council also played are positive role bringing in part of the ownership of the site.
Keyworker are now liaising with the local community to minimise any disruption whilst the homes are constructed.
